Omg this is such a cute dress, quality is really nice. I had pretty low expectations but I'm very pleased! I'm 5'6" 129 lbs (range from 128-134), this dress fits perfectly! I got an M. If a little weight with my weight fluctuation, this dress would still fit. The length is just right as well, I can bend if I needed to, and it won't show anything.
