I am 5'3" and this dress fit me perfectly! quality is outstanding. I got a medium because i am size 6 but i could have gone smaller it was a little loose. but ill keep it cause its so darn cute and price was right!

The pleated lower part of the dress does not keep its form. I ordered XL because I’m top heavy but could have fit a large I’m sure. I’m a 40DD and weigh about 152 - 30 inch waist for reference.
