Quality was good, but it didn't fit correctly on me around the neck

Dress was too big and the Commense offered to give a store credit instead of the full refund as their return policy stated. I unpacked the dress, tried it on, put it back in the bag. The dress is too long and too big! I don’t recommend this company.

The quality of the dress is decent, and the print and overall color is fantastic, but as someone else already noted, the neck where the wrap connects in the front is awkward and does not sit well. If you look closely at the pictures you can see on the model is sits more diagonally up around the neck and sits elegantly. However in real life and you can see in just the open dress pictures, it really just sits almost completely horizontal and with a very unflattering connecting piece. Its a shame as the rest of the dress is great but personally I'm not sure how that front wrap will actually look good on anyone.
