Runs large so based on other comments I got an XS. I’m 5’9” and 135lbs. The XS fits more like a medium. I am very happy with this size though because it is meant to be roomy.

I wish I would have exchanged my medium for an XS the small is still slightly large on me. I usually get mediums due to my breast 34 DD/DDD. otherwise I love this blouse and the fabric is of exceptional quality.
