I got the small, which fit my waist perfectly, but it's slightly tight on chest (Im a big C or small D)

It’s cute well made. I’m 5’6” 137#, athletic build and typically wear a size 4 US. The small was a little tight. I’m going to take a wild guess and say that returns are pretty difficult. Size up
The cutest top and feels really high quality for the price. I’m typically a small but needed to size up to a medium. 34C, 130lbs.
