Very cute, easy to wear, and well priced. Great summer dress. I wore it today as we hosted an outdoor party today!
Looks just as pictured! I have purchased several Commense dresses -- most in a size M but I actually got this one in a Small. It says it there isn't stretch but there is some elastic at the back that gives a little flexibility. As the description says, there is a "fixed" non-adjustable neckline, but if you can sew, you can definitely tighten it up a bit. If it's just a little too loose (less than an inch) you can just move the buttons over a bit. I needed to tighten it up a bit more, so I shortened each strap about an inch and it fit me perfect with not gaps. I'm 5' 10" tall and weigh about 148. I normally wear a US size 4 or 6 or a small in US brands but my measurements for most Commense dresses put me at a size M. For this dress, as I'm smaller on top and because this dress isn't really fitted on the top, the small worked better.
Really impressed with fabric and make. Happy to find cotton and linen pieces for a reasonable price. I had to adjust the neck on this one to fit properly but every girl is different. For it was just a matter of moving buttons. It’d be genius for them to make the neck adjustable somehow with multiple button options or just a tie back. Otherwise perfection and I can’t wait to wear in France!
