The pattern is beautiful and the fabric is soft and forgiving. While not lined, the dress material is just think enough to not be see-through or overly clingy. For the body of the dress, it fits true to size.

But the sizing around the chest part of the dress means you better have larger boobs (while not being able to wear a normal bra for support) or a wider chest/frame - otherwise there is a little too much material that entirely hangs on the fabric neck tie.

The neck tie fabric comes as a separate piece so you can adjust things a bit, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of elesticity around the top band of the dress.

(In other words, while the dress looks like it could possibly sit on the model as a tube-style strapless dress, this dress could never stay on your body without the halter tie.)
