The color and fabric are beautiful. Soft, creamy blue is just as it is shown in the picture. The skirt is long on my 5 foot, 2 inch frame by about 3 inches. I’ll keep the skirt and wear with high heels or even turn it up at the waist. Has a Generous thick waistband that doesn’t cut you in the waist. But overall, so feminine and perfect for this winter.
